Dolphin Bar in Jensen Beach South Florida, where the environment is king

My favorite restaurant was crowded yesterday afternoon. We could not find a table on the terrace. If there is a table on the deck with full sea view, we can see pelicans and seagulls landing on the pier to see the fish swim when we're looking down the sides of the bridge.

I like the bridge, but the interior is great, even with some sea views, rock walls, a fireplace (it is not necessary), and a high ceiling in the cathedral's main dining room where the fireplaceit is.

Whereas in winter for most of the country is now, this is in South Florida by 79 degrees in January, with a gentle breeze from the Atlantic Ocean and Dolphin Bar in Jensen Beach is located by the sea. My first Rottie favorite restaurant in St. Lucie before the hurricanes Frances and Jeanne will be demolished.

Fortunately for residents, Dolphin Bar recovered very quickly after the hurricanes, and opened its doors a few months. Most every restaurant on the wateris flawed and is anything but great meals, but bar Dolphin have never eaten something I do not like.

Their salad bar is great, even if I go to a restaurant, I like to be served. You should have the right to act in a pleasant lazy.

Side salad is, however, with most main dishes, and the choice is green and shredded carrots, radishes, red onions, lettuce and other materials tasty. Your Thousand Island dressing is my favoriteand the buns are baked fresh and warm.

They are also the best type of wine when ordering. Even the house wine is very nice. In my case, because I do not like wine, get my drink is usually lemonade, or iced tea or coffee.

The appetizers and main dishes can enchant each customer with great and careful selection, preparation art. Fresh fish is the best, really cool. The Oriental Tuna is one of my favorites. Most other customers enjoy shrimp prepared in manyways.

Yesterday I had a dolphin sandwich. Dolphin is a different type of fish, called by mistake, and not the kind of cute tricks and jumping dolphins in Sea World.

Last week I had the eastern tuna, the sight of another customer to ask the waiter had done: "I want the woman down there."

My husband swears by their Prime Rib, but hopefully in the menu. Although the menu must be the Bahamas, the place certainly have a wideRange of desires.

The portions are small but not too crowded, or that make you gag. I like to eat every bite, I moved to the end but with half the main dish for later, to save room for desert.

You die a chocolate cake, tiramisu and makes me question that I forgot a lot of cholesterol. What is so impressive to me is the atmosphere of the restaurant. The bar is full of nice people and customers come by car or boat,Since the restaurant has a bridge 200 meters long.

The dress is not formal, given the high quality of foodstuffs. This makes the site even more attractive. Elegant but casual, would describe the best. The owners are very down to earth people who live in small huts on site, while the restaurant has a distinctive past.

The place used to be part of the Outrigger Resort by the singer and actress Frances Langford in 1940, and her husband Ralph Evinrude. Inside, the walls of the foyerView photos of celebrities like Perry Como, Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Ginger Rogers, Jackie Gleason, Richard Nixon e.

Prices are not expensive, given the quality, although some critics of the Dolphin Bar Restaurant area, expensive. For me it is costly, if not the value of your money and eventually feel sick stomach.

Then it is better to come. offers outside of the restaurant area on the side of the building, a boutique manyVariety of tropical Bric-a-Brac, the choice of wine, clothes, jewelry and other interesting things. Inside the shop a very beautiful young lady petite helps the customer.

Even though I hate shopping, I drove the boutique yesterday, because of the music. This young woman with the magic smile told me he was always playing a CD and this was by Armik, the flamenco guitarist and composer. No wonder I was put there because I have several CD Armik.

Well, if someone isdissatisfied with the Dolphin Bar, it is probably because they expect fancy menu Tuxes French waiters in a Dolphin Bar is not, thank God is the scenery, atmosphere, friendliness and good food. I'm glad we have a restaurant, a short left to us directly with all the other restaurants in the sea area did not rebuild after the hurricanes, or sell to apartment complexes.
